  - Histamine - We release more histamine when we        have chronic inflammation. High histamine could be an indication of hidden stressors causing inflammation.

  - DAO - Diamine Oxidase (DAO) is the enzyme that          breaks down histamine in the gut. Low DAO leads to        more inflammation because you don’t have enough enzymes to control histamine levels.
